About the Opportunity
Symbiotic Services is seeking a detail-oriented Account Manager to support employee benefits operations for a growing brokerage focused on small businesses across Texas. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership, contribute to operational improvements, and play a key role in client service and renewal management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage group health insurance renewals from start to finish
  • Organize and maintain census data, carrier quotes, and client proposals
  • Track timelines and ensure all deadlines are met
  • Support client enrollments and implementation processes
  • Communicate with clients and insurance carriers
  • Assist in improving internal workflows and tracking systems

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in employee benefits or insurance brokerage support
  • Proven experience managing group health renewals
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to track multiple deadlines
  • Proficiency in Excel and CRM systems
  • Texas Life & Health license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
  • Ability to perform effectively during high-volume renewal periods (Oct–Dec)
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a small, team-oriented environment
