Required
- Education
High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience
2 years of experience as a Housekeeper
JOB DUTIES
- Assists with implementation of departmental policies and proce- dures.
- Maintains departmental records, reports and files required.
- Assists with establishing quality levels and standards. Schedules and assigns work to individuals and inspects work upon completion.
- Tours and inspects areas for quality of work performed.
- Inspects housekeeping equipment for wear, tear and replacement. -
- Instructs personnel in use of new equipment, cleaning techniques and cleaning agents.
- Maintains inventory of cleaning supplies and oversees replacement.
- Coordinates repair and remodeling projects with Engineering Division.
- Assumes management responsibility in absence of Operations Manager.
- Supervises employees directly, including selection, training, performance appraisal and work allocation.
- Plans, organizes, and directs functions and activities of Environmental Services Division to comply with regulatory require- ments.
- Performs other related duties assigned or requested.
