About The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the North America Vice President & General Manager (VPGM) and Country Leadership Team (CLT) at DKSH. Based in our Dallas, Texas office, this role is critical in enabling efficient leadership operations, overseeing the smooth running of day-to-day office management, ensuring alignment across functions, and driving administrative excellence at the executive level.

 

You will be a trusted partner to senior leadership, managing competing priorities, facilitating communication, and ensuring seamless execution of business activities across the North America organization. Beyond executive support, you will take ownership of office operations, creating an environment that enables the leadership team to perform at their best.

What You Will Deliver

  • Provide dedicated executive support to the VPGM North America and CLT members, including complex calendar management, prioritization, and scheduling across multiple time zones
  • Coordinate and manage domestic and international travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries and expense reporting
  • Act as a key liaison between the VPGM/CLT and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear, timely, and professional communication
  • Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and executive-level correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Organize and support leadership meetings, including CLT meetings, town halls, and strategic reviews (agenda setting, materials preparation, minutes, and follow-ups)
  • Manage logistics for key events, including leadership offsites, customer engagements, and regional meetings
  • Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive business and personnel information
  • Support alignment across functions by facilitating coordination and tracking of key action items and initiatives
  • Anticipate leadership needs and proactively improve processes to enhance operational efficiency
  • Serve as the first point of contact for general calls and office reception
  • Maintain office supplies, postage, and food & beverage orders in DKSH offices across US & Canada

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Substantial proven experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams, preferably in a multinational organization
  • Proven ability to manage complex schedules and competing priorities with a high level of autonomy
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and polished approach
  • High level of discretion and integrity when managing confidential information
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Experience supporting regional or multi-country leadership teams is a plus
