Job DetailsJob Location: Corporate - Dallas, TX 75219Position Type: Full TimeThe Corporate Procurement & Facilities Manager oversees our nationwide purchasing, vendor relations, supply chain strategy, and facility maintenance across all dental practice locations. This role is responsible for optimizing spending on clinical/non-clinical supplies and equipment, managing procurement workflows, and ensuring that all practice locations maintain seamless, safe, and compliant facilities. Qualifications Experience: 3–5+ years of procurement, purchasing, or facilities management experience—multi-unit healthcare or dental practice management experience strongly preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency with enterprise procurement systems and inventory tracking platforms. Vendor Negotiation: Proven track record of negotiating vendor contracts and managing multi-location service agreements. Communication & Travel: Strong interpersonal skills to support remote Office Managers and Practice Leaders; willing to travel periodically to practice locations as needed.
