Job Responsibilities

  • Lead acquisition integration and implementing of location-level and corporate-level reporting systems.
  • Empower locations to utilize FMS and CRM tools to drive customer growth and realize operational efficiencies.
  • Train and support locations on existing FMS / CRM systems (ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Service Fusion, FieldEdge, etc.) ensuring base-level reporting capabilities for all.
  • Standardize location-level data necessary to populate corporate-level operations dashboards.

 

Required Criteria

  • Bachelor's degree in business, information systems or a similar field.
  • Local to Dallas, Texas or willing to relocate.
  • 5+ years of home services trades experience, preferably in residential HVAC, plumbing or electric trades.
  • Knowledge of Field Service Management software (“FMS”) such as ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Service Fusion, FieldEdge and other similar tools.
  • Servant leader with an ability to build strong working relationships.
  • Demonstrable time spent in multi-location business environments.
  • Travel to locations as required.
  • Work from office five days a week.
