Lockton is currently seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Market Management Practice. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of professionalism; possess the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and the flexibility to easily adapt to changing priorities.
 

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Contribute to the development of Market Management processes, templates, and reporting frameworks.
• Participate in recurring carrier meetings to advance Market Management initiatives.
• Support the design and maintain processes for tracking, organizing, analyzing, and reporting on client actions and carrier escalations.
• Monitor follow-up items, commitments, and performance metrics resulting from internal and carrier meetings.
• Assist in compiling, maintaining, negotiating changes to, and reconciling supplemental compensation agreements across national carriers.
• Support contract renegotiations by conducting pre-deal analyses to estimate the anticipated financial impact of proposed contractual  modifications (e.g., new business definitions, persistency, etc).
• Develop and enhance financial forecasting models for national agreements and fiscal year-end planning / budgeting.
• Proactively review contract terms, financial calculations, persistency metrics, and year-over-year performance to identify opportunities for renegotiation improvements.
• Assist in establishing and managing carrier sponsorship processes and related activities.
• Track carrier sponsorship commitments, deliverables, and ROI to ensure alignment with Market Management objectives.
• Provide administrative support for Advisory Board processes, including board inventory management, nominations, participant tracking, Series engagement, and survey follow-up.
• Prepare financial insights, contract summaries, competitive intelligence, and talking points for Executive Carrier Meetings.
• Coordinate the collection of feedback, insights, and trends from carrier board meetings and synthesize findings for leadership reporting.
• Develop and refine executive stewardship materials, reports and scorecards.
• Support the preparation of meeting materials and attendees for key external carrier events (e.g., Executive carrier meetings, EBLF, SIIA).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers, Series leaders, COEs, and internal Associates and Producers.
• Collaborate with and support COE national summits.
• Partner with Lockton marketing to develop and maintain the Knowledge Center page.
• Create case migration strategies, including tracking and reporting across COEs for Series discussions, encompassing revenue impact quantification and strategic decision-making.



EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field.
• Minimum 2 to 5 years’ experience in the industry.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Strong data visualization skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience in financial modeling and PowerBI.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive alignment across functions.
• Proven critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and project management oversight.
