As the Financial Analyst, you’ll contribute to our success in the following ways:
Performs business segment reviews for all Elara by building operational and financial reporting tools to support operations and executive decision making.
Establishes benchmarks for financial processes.
Prepares monthly profit and loss closing process.
Participates in the annual budget process and cost saving activities.
Develops financial plans for organizational leaders.
Supports G/L accountants with acquisitions (data migration and financial transaction posting).
Reviews financial data for accuracy and integrity.
Researches and responses to inquiries regarding costs and/or budget variances.
Performs monthly financial analysis of financial statements.
Identifies financial risks and opportunities.
Prepares spreadsheets and submits reports, as required.
Promotes Elara Caring’s philosophy, mission statement and administrative policies to ensure quality of care.
What is Required?
Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting, economics, or statistics
3+ years’ experience in accounting, finance, financial modeling, and analysis
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, and PowerPoint)
You will report to the Director Finance.
