WHO WE ARE

We’re not in the wing business. We’re in the flavor business. It’s been our mission to Serve the World Flavor since we first opened in 1994, and we’re just getting started. 1997 saw the opening of our first brand partner operated Wingstop location, and by 2002 we had served the world one billion wings. It’s flavor that defines us and has made Wingstop one of the fastest growing brands in the restaurant industry.

Above all else – our success is largely due to our people and our core values, or what we call The Wingstop Way of being entrepreneurial, service-minded, fun, and authentic. We believe having a strong people foundation centered on these collective values creates a crave-worthy culture and talented team, as well as ensures our brand is poised for accelerated growth. We all win together.

WHAT WE’LL NEED

The Franchise Development Analyst supports Wingstop’s franchise development function through administrative coordination, process management, and cross-functional support for franchise system activity. This role is responsible for helping manage franchise agreement creation and execution, franchise qualification workflows, restaurant transfer documentation, development-related requests, and real estate site approval coordination for both new and existing brand partners.

This position plays a key role in maintaining organization and momentum across the franchise development and real estate approval pipeline by tracking critical milestones, coordinating documentation, supporting internal communications, and ensuring accurate records across systems. The role will support site approval readiness by helping collect required materials, monitor approval steps, coordinate cross-functional feedback, and maintain visibility to outstanding real estate and development items.

The role requires a high level of confidentiality, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple active projects in a fast-paced environment. This position is based in Dallas, Texas and will require the individual to work onsite at our corporate office located in Dallas, TX.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Support franchise development activity across new brand partner onboarding, existing brand partner growth, restaurant transfers, and real estate site approval processes.
  • Track franchise agreement, transfer, development, and site approval milestones, maintaining accountability to next steps and communicating status updates to the Franchise Development team.
  • Support real estate site approval activity by coordinating required materials, tracking submissions and approval status, and following up with internal stakeholders and brand partners.
  • Assist with Discovery Day, onboarding, and franchise qualification by organizing materials, coordinating background checks, collecting required documentation, verifying applicant information, and following up on outstanding items.
  • Support the franchise qualification process, including background check coordination, document collection, and verification of required applicant information.
  • Maintain accurate data and reporting within FranConnect and Salesforce, ensuring records reflect current deal status, ownership details, agreement terms, and other key development information.
  • Prepare recurring pipeline updates, status reports, executive summaries, and presentation materials using Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Maintain organized digital files, trackers, and audit-ready documentation for franchise development transactions and approvals.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Real Estate, Operations, and other internal teams to support seamless execution of development-related processes.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, paralegal studies, communications, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • 2–4 years of experience in franchise development coordination, legal or contract administration, real estate coordination, sales support, or a related administrative role.
  • Strong knowledge of franchise development processes, agreement workflows, and documentation management.
  • Experience with FranConnect and Salesforce, including franchise record management, agreement tracking, application tracking, pipeline management, and data accuracy.
  • Proficiency with mapping tools, advanced Excel skills, and strong PowerPoint capabilities, including reporting, trackers, status updates, and executive-ready presentations.
  • Exceptional organization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and follow-up items simultaneously.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
