At Dallas Retirement Village, our Relief Hosts play a key role in ensuring residents and visitors receive outstanding service in our dining venues. This position supports dining room operations by coordinating guest seating, assisting service staff, addressing resident concerns, and helping maintain a welcoming and organized dining environment. Responsibilities include greeting and seating residents and guests, managing reservations, supporting meal service operations, assisting with staff coordination, resolving dining concerns, maintaining dining room standards, ensuring food safety and sanitation compliance, supporting special events, and assisting with training and mentoring dining staff. You'll work closely with the Dining Room Manager and service team to create a positive dining experience while maintaining high standards of hospitality, professionalism, and resident satisfaction.
