What We Look For
We are interested in people who are organized, dependable, safety-minded, and comfortable working in a fast-moving construction environment. Strong candidates may bring experience in:
- Construction administration or project support
- Electrical, civil, industrial, commercial, or mission-critical construction
- Project documentation, RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, or closeout packages
- Preconstruction, takeoffs, scheduling, cost tracking, project controls, or Advanced Work Packaging (AWP)
- Safety documentation, training records, compliance tracking, or site support
- Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, Excel, Smartsheet, Foundation, BambooHR, TalentLMS, or similar systems
- Communicating with field teams, clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal departments
- Supporting work that requires accuracy, urgency, and follow-through
General Requirements
- OSHA10 minimum required for all on-site roles; OSHA30 required for field leadership roles
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional, reliable, and solutions-focused approach
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Willingness to learn GTI systems, standards, and processes
- Construction industry experience preferred but not required for all roles
