DESCRIPTION SUMMARYÂ
The Cemplex Group General Labor position is responsible for correctly installing concrete, gypsum and/or sound mat flooring and/or correctly waterproof balconies to assure we produce floors that don’t fail and balconies that don’t leak.Â

- Cemplex Group: A construction subcontractor serving primarily the multi-family housing and hospitality markets across the central and eastern United States.   
- Formulated Materials: A developer and distributor of waterproofing, sound dampening, leveling, and sub-floor systems leading innovation in their field.  
- Smart Batch Systems: An innovative startup making network connected small aggregate cement mixing heavy equipment that makes work crews safer and more productive while providing immediate access to productivity, progress, and issues on construction projects.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESÂ
- Perform work in a manner that is consistent with our ICOMPEL Values
- Install sound mat underlayment on floors before pouring gypsum underlayment.
- Pour gypsum underlayment and/or concrete that meets job and quality requirementsÂ
- Waterproof balconies in a manner that is consistent with quality standards
- Assure proper set-up and clean-up of job site
- Assure job site standards are maintained while work is being performed
- Perform work in accordance with foreman and project managers guidanceÂ
- Install soundproofing on floors before pouring gypsum.
- Finish gypsum that meets job and quality requirementsÂ
- Soundproof floors in a manner that is consistent with quality standards
- Perform other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEÂ
- Mechanical background is preferred

WORK REQUIREMENTSÂ
- Must be able to show proof of eligibility to work in the United States

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONSÂ
- Climb, crawl, and walk while carrying or operating machinery and tools upstairs, downstairs, and over potentially uneven surfaces.
- Lift, pull, push, and carry 80 lbs. of weight intermittently.
- Ability to identify safety hazards and communicate effectively with others.
- Sustain the stamina to perform manual labor outdoors, exposed to the elements, vibrations, loud noises, offensive smells, dust, dirt, and water in all seasons, including extreme temperatures.
- Safely perform work on balconies and other elevated areas with appropriate safety gear.
- Distinguish between different colors.
- Bend, squat, twist, and reach in various positions as the situation dictates.
Compensation for this position is based on the local market.
Denver pay range for this position is: $16.03-$24.05
