JOB SUMMARY: The Graphic Designer is a permanent role responsible for producing vibrant and visually compelling design solutions for multi-platform use, including digital design, social media, packaging and print.Â

JOB DESCRIPTION:Â
Â
Key Responsibilities:Â
Taking conceptual direction and developing art work and layout solutionsÂ
Designing a wide variety of creative assets (master templates, signage, print advertisements, promotional materials, email, photography, etc.)Â
Creating e-blasts and social media content in coordination with the marketing teamÂ
Re-sizing photography for web and printÂ
Ensuring brand standards are consistent across the board (typography, style, composition, colors, etc.)Â
Managing in-house retouching- includes editing, cropping and processing high quality standard imagesÂ
Â
QUALIFICATIONS:Â
Â
Minimum Qualifications:Â
Bachelor's degree required in a design-related discipline, such as graphic design or visual communicationÂ
Deep understanding of typography for print, web, and mobileÂ
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesignÂ
PortfolioÂ
Â
Preferred Qualifications:Â
Experience developing high impact social media marketingÂ
Self-starter – sets specific goals and objectives, ability to plan for the length and difficulty of assignments, ability to break down projects into specific tasks/stepsÂ
Must be able to fulfill a high volume of daily requests while also developing long-term projectsÂ
Experience with Mailchimp campaignsÂ
Works well under pressure and is capable of remaining calm and focused despite rapidly changing priorities / competing deadlinesÂ
