Healthcare Recruiter Opportunity:

Full-time, permanent, direct-hire
Hours: 9:00AM - 5:00PM, Monday - Friday
Fully in office (remote/hybrid roles are not an option)
Base salary with uncapped commissions in both the permanent and contract recruitment verticals

Hands-on training provided by our Senior Recruiters, Operations, and Leadership team members
Heavy phone dialing position with daily dials objective
Healthcare Recruiter must abide by all company protocols and procedures while navigating various recruitment databases and platforms to source candidates for client presentation
Healthcare Recruiter will work with a diverse portfolio of healthcare institutions in sourcing, screening, facilitating interviews, and assisting with offer extensions for a variety of positions both clinical and non-clinical

Healthcare Recruiter Qualifications:

Some formal college experience, Associate's, and/or Bachelor's degree is highly preferred
1-2 years of customer service, sales, and/or recruitment experience
Must be experienced with Microsoft Office Suite applications and present professional email etiquette capabilities
