Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial buildings, covering wiring, conduits, fixtures, and all related electrical components.
Interpret blueprints and schematics to determine precise wiring layouts and electrical configurations.
Ensure all electrical work adheres to local, state, and national electrical codes (e.g., NEC).
Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostics to efficiently resolve electrical issues on-site.
Utilize a variety of tools and equipment, including conduit benders, wire strippers, multimeters, and power tools.
Collaborate closely with project managers, general contractors, and other trades to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
Follow OSHA and company safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment at all times.
Mentor and train apprentices and junior electricians, fostering professional development and growth.

Qualifications:

Valid Journeyman Electrician license (state-specific requirements apply).
Minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial electrical work.
Solid understanding of electrical theory, wiring methods, and electrical codes.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics.
Experience with commercial lighting systems, fire alarms, and motor controls is a plus.
Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces as needed.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset for team-based projects.
Reliable transportation
Pre-employment drug test required.

Preferred Qualifications:

OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
Experience in new construction and tenant improvement projects.
Proficiency in bending and installing conduit (EMT, RMC, PVC, etc.).
