Description

The Junior Interior Designer / Architect to support the development of our cafes nationwide. This role will assist in designing beautiful, functional hospitality environments that reflect the La La Land brand — from layout planning to sourcing materials and creating renderings. You’ll work closely with the design and construction team to help turn creative concepts into real, buildable spaces.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in designing cafĂ© layouts and architectural details aligned with La La Land’s brand aesthetic.
  • Create and update drawings using Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
  • Support the selection of materials, finishes, lighting, and furniture for new locations.
  • Develop 3D renderings and presentation boards to convey design concepts.
  • Attend internal design reviews, vendor meetings, and collaborate with contractors and consultants.
  • Stay up to date on hospitality design trends and materials suited for high-traffic environments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a design studio or hospitality-related projects.
  • Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, and AutoCAD; familiarity with rendering tools like V-Ray, Enscape, or Lumion is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and visual storytelling.
