Lead Superintendent

Position Summary

The Lead Superintendent is responsible for overseeing field execution on large-scale construction projects, ensuring coordination of trades, adherence to schedule, and delivery of high-quality work. This role serves as a senior field leader and may support multiple projects or mentor field staff as the team grows.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all on-site construction activities and sequencing
• Coordinate subcontractors, logistics, and material flow
• Ensure schedule adherence and milestone completion
• Enforce safety standards and QA/QC procedures
• Lead daily field coordination and site meetings
• Partner with project management to resolve field issues
• Support training and development of field personnel
• Maintain site documentation and reporting

Qualifications

• 15+ years of field construction experience
• Experience on large-scale or complex projects
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, logistics, and trade coordination
• Data center or mission-critical experience preferred
