The Opportunity:

As a Lead Technologies Engineer, you willĀ be responsible forĀ leading the development, implementation, and maintenance of complex IT systems and networks. You will oversee the design and implementation of hardware and software systems, ensure network security, andĀ participateĀ in daily IT operations.

The Lead Technology Engineer must have strong technicalĀ expertise, leadership skills, and a customer-centric mindset to provide exceptional service to the organization’s internal and external clients.Ā 

TheĀ Lead TechnologiesĀ Engineer should have the ability to work collaboratively with otherĀ IT teamsĀ toĀ identifyĀ areas where automation can be applied to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort. This role also requires experience designing and implementing robotic process automation (RPA) solutions using tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, UiPath, or similar platforms. Additionally, experience working with healthcare host systems such as Epic or comparable EHR/RCM systems is strongly preferred.Ā 

TheĀ Lead Technologies EngineerĀ willĀ be responsible forĀ managingĀ and providing support for systems integrations, automation scripts, and continuously evaluating and improving existing technology to ensure theyĀ are meetingĀ businessĀ needs.Ā

Key Responsibilities:Ā 

  • Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and processes to ensure network and system security and efficiency.Ā 

  • Collaborate with other departments toĀ identifyĀ and implementĀ new technologyĀ solutions to improve business operations.Ā 

  • Monitor and manage network and system performance to ensure uptime and availability.Ā 

  • Implement andĀ maintainĀ network security protocols to protect against cybersecurity threats.Ā 

  • Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate enterprise file management systems with existing IT infrastructure.Ā 

  • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure they can effectivelyĀ utilizeĀ enterprise technology systems and processes.Ā 

  • Monitor and analyze logs toĀ identifyĀ and troubleshoot issues related to system performance, security, and user access.Ā 

  • Collaborate with business and technology teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and develop integration strategies that meet organizational needs.Ā 

  • Ensure that system integrationsĀ comply withĀ industry standards and best practices, including data security and privacy requirements.Ā 

  • Develop andĀ maintainĀ documentation related to technology systems, including policies, procedures, and user guides.Ā 

  • Design and implement automation solutions, including RPA workflows, to streamline IT operations and improve efficiency (e.g., automating system updates, software deployments, and routine maintenance tasks).Ā 

  • Collaborate across teams toĀ identifyĀ opportunities for automation using tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, UiPath, or similar platforms.Ā 

  • Continuously evaluate and improve the technology environment to ensure solutions are effective, scalable, and aligned with business needs.Ā 

  • Provide regular reports to management on IT projects, system performance, automation outcomes, and network security.Ā 

Employment Qualifications:Ā 

  • 7–10+ years of experience;Ā Bachelor’sĀ degree or equivalent experienceĀ 

  • Experience managing and supporting enterprise technology systems and platformsĀ 

  • Experience with .NET, C#, APIs, and software/web development; experience withĀ additionalĀ programming languages such as Java or Python is a plusĀ 

  • Experience with robotic process automation (RPA) tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, UiPath, or similar platformsĀ 

  • Experience working with healthcare host systems such as Epic or similar EHR/RCM platformsĀ 

  • Experience managing vendors and third-party SaaS offerings, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholdersĀ 

  • This position pays between $111,800–167,700 based on experienceĀ 

  • This is a remote position; however, candidates must be willing and able to travel to and work onsite at client, temporary, or corporate office locations as business needs requireĀ
