As a key member of the Leisure Travel team, the Leisure Travel Advisor will join our busy Dallas office. 95% On-site position (Dallas office) / 5% Remote
Hours: Monday to Friday - 7:00 am to 4:00 pm or 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST
Expedition Expectations
- Plan and book leisure travel including air, hotel, car rentals, cruises, and vacation packages
- Provide expert recommendations and personalized travel solutions
- Utilize GDS systems to complete bookings efficiently and accurately
- Maintain client profiles and reservations using CRM systems such as ClientBase
- Deliver outstanding customer service before, during, and after travel
- Handle changes, cancellations, and problem resolution with professionalism
- Manage multiple client requests and deadlines simultaneously
Passport to Success
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the travel industry
- Working knowledge of GDS systems (Sabre preferred)
- Experience with ClientBase or similar CRM systems
- Proficiency with city, airline, hotel, and car rental codes

- 3+ years GDS (Apollo or Sabre) experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business education preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software
- GDS Experience with Apollo or Sabre
- Demonstrated professional customer service skills
- Ability to work nights and weekends when needed
- Capability of maintaining a favorable company image when interfacing with outside sources
- Proven pursuit of learning and self-development
- Ability to demonstrate personal and organizational integrity
- Capability of working in a team environment supporting management and staff, following policies, providing feedback, assisting in special projects, and taking on additional responsibility
- Effective oral and written communications skills
- Organizational skills that result in high productivity
- Must be able to lawfully work within the US and have unrestricted work authorization for US
