About Us:

At Brewer Attorneys & Counselors high stakes litigation is what we do. Because we limit our practice to cutting-edge legal issues, bet-the-business commercial disputes and community impact cases, the firm is organized to win- every assignment, in every forum, all the time. Achieving that level of success drives our organizations structure, our recruiting goals and culture.

Dubbed “Bare Knuckles Litigation” by the New York Times, Brewer Attorneys and Counselors zealously pursues its clients' objectives in every matter. Our docket includes commercial litigation, Constitutional advocacy, hospitality law, election law, and more.

From dismantling election systems that dilute minority votes to first amendment litigation at the U.S. Supreme Court, our litigators practice exclusively in high-stakes and high-visibility matters, often with long-lasting impact.  We  bring the same level of commitment to our pro bono efforts within our community through the Brewer Storefront. If you believe pressure is a privilege and want to be part of something that extends beyond the billable hour, we want to hear from you.
