Mechanical Technical Assistant (Full-Time)

We are seeking dependable and motivated candidates for a Full-Time Mechanical Technical Assistant position. This role is ideal for individuals with prior technical or electrical experience who are looking to expand their mechanical skill set through structured training, certification, and hands-on field experience.

Training & Certification
  • Opportunities throughout the state of Texas
  • Paid, structured training provided
  • Seven (7) weeks of virtual instruction, followed by one (1) week of in-person practical training
  • Certification issued after successful completion of the training program
  • Training begins at the end of April 2026
  • Interviews will be conducted remotely
Job Responsibilities
  • Assist licensed mechanical technicians with installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems
  • Apply existing electrical experience while learning mechanical systems and procedures
  • Support job site setup, organization, and cleanup
  • Follow safety standards, company policies, and technical guidelines
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • Access to a personal computer and reliable internet for virtual training
  • Valid United States driver’s license
  • Authorization to work legally in the United States
  • Willingness to undergo a background screening
  • Willingness to complete a drug test
  • Ability to attend all scheduled training sessions
