POSITION OVERVIEW
The Membership Manager (MM) supports the General Manager (GM) in overseeing the day to day club operation to include but not limited to; recruiting, hiring, training and developing a diverse, high performance team, driving membership sales, and providing excellent customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
路聽 聽 聽 聽Management sales team and financial performance聽
路聽 聽 聽 聽Drive all sales efforts within the club including new member sales, EFT, fitness packages and supplements
路聽 聽 聽 聽Set monthly, weekly and daily sales goals聽
路聽 聽 聽 聽Review daily and weekly sales numbers and club statistics with the club manager to identify potential revenue gaps and modify sales execution as necessary聽
路聽 聽 聽 聽Execute and coordinate sales promotions within the club聽
路聽 聽 聽 聽Drive club efforts in achieving revenue goals in NMS, EFT, units and ancillary revenue 聽
路聽 聽 聽 聽Responsible for attainment of department targets (e.g. EFT, NMS, Units and PT attachment)聽
路聽 聽 聽 聽Responsible for scheduling sales team members to meet member needs
路聽 聽 聽 聽Ensure that all club members are delivered a high member service experience
路聽 聽 聽 聽Proactively engage club member base, regularly greet and interact with members
路聽 聽 聽 聽Resolve member concerns and complaints in a professional manner within club parameters, as assigned by GM
路聽 聽 聽 聽Maintain a fully engaged and high performing team that aligns with company values and goals
路聽 聽 聽 聽Recruit, interview & hire membership consultants and ensure proper levels of team member staffing
路聽 聽 聽 聽Train and coach MC鈥檚, including assisting in conducting planning sessions and performance reviews
路聽 聽 聽 聽Lead membership meetings to review performance and offer direction, motivation and guidance toward achieving individual and company goals
路聽 聽 聽 聽Implement, supervise and direct regular training to ensure all consultants are trained in sales SOPs, and other company policies
路聽 聽 聽 聽Create and conduct membership team building activities including participation in recognition programs
路聽 聽 聽 聽Ensure that systems procedures are accurately followed
聽路聽 聽 聽 Daily reviews of new member agreements with sales team
路聽 聽 聽 聽Maintain a fully engaged and high performing team that aligns with company values and goals
路聽 聽 聽 聽Utilize club systems to select, interview, and hire (with GM approval) qualified team members聽
路聽 聽 聽 聽Train & develop membership consultants according to SOPs and objectives, guest and new member enrollment process, emphasizing goals of EFT setup, NMS, units and member retention聽
路聽 聽 聽 聽Conduct weekly (or as-needed) meetings with direct reports to review performance and offer guidance toward achieving individual and company goals. Offer career growth and advancement opportunities聽
路聽 聽 聽 聽Counsel consultants under the guidance of the GM and consult with the corporate office support for additional direction
WORK SCHEDULE聽 聽 聽 聽 聽 聽
This is a full-time management position. Your daily schedule will vary throughout the week depending on the needs of the club, the staff, and the members. Your hours should include prime time and should allow you to interact with staff and members throughout the day. Special events, promotions, and other demands will require some early mornings, late nights, and weekends.
