Engineer, design, and implement small to large capital projects on oil gathering system by evaluating current system limits against future transportation/ injection requirements. Responsibilities Troubleshoot operational issues on the oil gathering system, including pipeline and facilities. Engineer and design oil infrastructure projects (pipelines and facilities) that maximize operating flexibility and system capacity. Interface with multiple groups including Land, Construction, Operations, Environmental, Regulatory, Drilling, and Completions. Work with management on developing yearly capital and operational budgets. Manage small to large capital projects on oil system. Create, track, and reduce operational expense budgets for oil system. Evaluate and mitigate risks on oil system. Evaluate and/or implement new technologies on oil system. QualificationsJob Qualifications Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution. 2 - 5 years’ experience preferred. Knowledge of applicable industry codes and regulations. Pipeline simulation experience preferred. Project management experience preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work with a multi-disciplinary team. Self-starter that can handle a fast-paced environment.
