Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic plans for mission-driven programs to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives. - Manage and coordinate program activities, including budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation, to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services. - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify community needs and develop responsive programs that address those needs. - Monitor and evaluate program performance, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and improve outcomes. - Lead and mentor program staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. - Develop and maintain partnerships with community organizations, government agencies, and other key stakeholders to enhance program reach and impact. - Prepare and present reports to senior management and the board of directors, highlighting program achievements, challenges, and opportunities for growth. - Stay informed of industry trends and best practices to ensure programs remain relevant and effective in achieving the organization's mission.
