Job DetailsJob Location: Lovers Lane - Dallas, TX 75209Job Shift: OpeningREPORTS TO:                    Regional Sales and Operations Manager   JOB FUNCTION:                Studio Managers are integral to the Orangetheory Fitness studio experience and are responsible for providing leadership and daily direction to the Member Ambassador and Assistant Studio Manager (ASM) teams within individual facilities. As the lead for all sales and operations functions, the Studio Manager must be a passionate, dynamic, and professional leader able to consistently execute objectives, meet and exceed sales and operational goals, and passionately develop teams who promote More Life to prospects, guests, and members. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES   Provide leadership, management, and direct oversight of sales and operations processes, procedures, and systems standards while fostering a positive, passionate, and successful environment for staff and members. Facilitate, conduct, and manage all aspects of the Orangetheory Fitness sales process including, but not limited to, studio previews, initial on-boarding, and lead generation through approved communication methods Build sustainable and highly professional relationships and trust with members, guests, and staff through open, interactive, and energetic communication. Greet and consistently engages with members and guests promptly, enthusiastically, and by standing with a smile throughout their in-studio experience. Ensure all front desk processes and systems are followed such as proper Member Check-In, telephone inquiries (general and sales related), guest registration, delinquent account procedures, customer care calls, change requests and document scanning. Conduct lead generation and marketing strategies to source external prospects while professionally leading internal engagement and retention programs including, but not limited to, referral, milestone, and loyalty events. Review, analyze, and submit critical Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis as outlined within standard operating procedures. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and membership targets and outcomes within determined time periods. Handle customer complaints with effective decision making and critical analysis while providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within professionally appropriate time limits – this includes all Orangetheory Fitness corporate/owner requests. Manage the recruiting (including sourcing of potential new hires), onboarding, and offboarding processes for all studio level positions. Maintain, and hold staff accountable to, accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions through applicable Orangetheory Fitness systems, adhering to all standard operating procedures. Oversee direct reports and aid in achieving success through hands-on training, evaluation, team scheduling, payroll, and accountability, including disciplinary actions (if applicable). Perform thorough, accurate, and timely audits of all Orangetheory Fitness sales and operations procedures, systems, and standards. Provide ongoing development, and continued education for sales and operations staff to ensure consistent performance, accountability, and future growth. Engage with members and celebrate member achievements using approved social media channels as outlined by supervisor.   Maintain an organized, tidy, and clean studio including, but limited to, the office, lobby/front desk area, and high use facilities, this includes performing cleaning duties. Work closely with Fitness Team to ensure that social media processes and requirements are followed, schedules are optimized for high performance, and the studio is maintained and operationally always sound. Follow and enforce all Orangetheory Fitness and Maverick policies, business practices, systems, and processes. Other duties as assigned by supervisor QualificationsREQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Be sales driven, passionately motivated, and have a professional ability to lead a team and direct sales through company required outreach programs. Entrepreneurial spirit with open, participative leadership style and drive for excellence. Strong work ethic with a professional demeanor, excellent customer service skills, and integrity. Passion for helping change lives through health and fitness. Desire and ability to effectively work in a fast pasted, dynamic, team environment. Must have the ability to multi-task, manage client and staff concerns, and hold others professionally accountable. Understand foundational Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) including, but not limited to, revenue, ordering, inventory, payroll, cost controls and facilities maintenance. Maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance to represent a positive image of the company and its brand at all times. Practical work experience using Microsoft Office Products Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and/or weekends.    EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS   Associate or Bachelor's degree in business or related field Min 2-3 years of previous sales experience required Min 2-3 years of management experience required, including directly overseeing all aspects of staff management from hiring, training, supporting, discipline, and termination Previous management experience in the health & fitness industry strongly recommended
