Job DetailsJob Location: EAST - Grand Prairie, TX 75050Position Type: Full TimePosition Summary: The Network Administrator plays a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise network and server infrastructure. This role provides technical leadership and advanced troubleshooting across network, security, virtualization, and system environments. Serve as the primary point of contact for users experiencing hardware, software, or network issues, delivering initial technical support, troubleshooting, and a timely resolution. Design, implement, and optimize LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless network architectures. Lead network security initiatives, including firewalls, MFA, and access controls. Support Microsoft 365 and hybrid environments. Support and maintain Barracuda Web Filter and Email Defense Gateway solutions. Oversee Veeam backup architecture, disaster recovery planning, and testing. Administer and optimize Windows and Linux server environments. Manage and maintain Nutanix virtualization infrastructure. Act as the escalation point for complex network and systems issues. Lead infrastructure upgrades, audits, and lifecycle planning. Maintain enterprise documentation, standards, and best practices.   This role is onsite Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and may require extended hours to complete tasks. It may also require availability on weekends, holidays, and early morning phone support for end users. QualificationsPosition Requirements : 4-6 years of experience in network and systems administration CCNP, CCIE, or advanced networking/security certifications strongly preferred Expert knowledge of routing protocols, VLANs, VPNs, QoS, Windows/Linux server administration, virtualization, and enterprise security Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field required.   Additional: Excellent documentation and communication skills Ability to lead projects and make architectural decisions Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
