Position Overview
SRS Real Estate Partners is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Assistant / Event Coordinator to support daily office operations while planning and executing internal and client-facing events. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced professional environment and enjoys balancing administrative responsibilities with creative event coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Office Administration
- Provide general administrative support to brokers and staffÂ
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting clients and handling incoming callsÂ
- Assist with document preparation, presentations, and reportingÂ
- Support onboarding logistics for new hires (workspace setup, materials, etc.)Â
- Coordinate office maintenance and liaise with property management as neededÂ
- Be the go-to person who keeps daily operations seamless and efficientÂ
- Create a welcoming, professional experience for clients and visitorsÂ
- Own office organization, supplies, inventory and vendor coordinationÂ
- Help drive a polished, high-energy office environmentÂ
Event Coordination
- Plan and execute company events, including client appreciation events, broker meetings, conferences, and team gatheringsÂ
- Manage event logistics: venue selection, catering, invitations, registrations, and on-site coordinationÂ
- Work with internal teams to develop event timelines and budgetsÂ
- Coordinate marketing materials and branding for eventsÂ
- Track RSVPs and manage guest communications as well as budget
- Oversee event setup, execution, and post-event follow-upÂ

Requirements
Qualifications
- 2+ years of administrative, office support, or event planning experienceÂ
- Strong organizational and multitasking skillsÂ
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilitiesÂ
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Â
- Experience with event planning tools or CRM systems is a plusÂ
- Photoshop and Illustrator are a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a teamÂ
- Professional demeanor with strong customer service skillsÂ
Preferred Skills
- Experience in commercial real estate or a professional services environmentÂ
