Dalfen Industrial is seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to support our team and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations based in our Dallas, TX headquarters office. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks. The Office Manager will report to the Managing Director of HR & Operations.

Position Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, ensuring high-priority items are addressed promptly.

  • Maintain and update records, contact databases, reports, and internal documentation.

  • Process expense reports, manage reimbursements, and perform light bookkeeping as required.

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure a well-functioning and organized workplace.

  • Manage office supplies inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships.

  • Act as the first point of contact for internal staff, visitors, and external partners.

  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and support as needed.

  • Support office operations, supply management, and vendor coordination.

  • Assist leadership with calendar management, travel arrangements, and administrative support.

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

  • 3+ years of experience in office management, operations, or administrative support.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new software tools.

  • Experience handling confidential information with integrity and professionalism.

  • Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment.
