  • Develop and optimize synthetic routes to improve yield, purity, and scalability of enantiomeric chemicals.
  • Document experimental procedures, data, and results accurately in lab notebooks and reports, following good documentation practices.
  • Collaborate with analytical scientists to support project goals and timeline.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, GMP, and regulatory requirements in all laboratory activities.
  • Troubleshoot synthetic scheme challenges, characterization data, and reaction conditions, and propose innovative solutions.
  • Master’s degree or PhD in Organic Chemistry or a related field.
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in the organic synthesis of enantiomeric compounds.
  • Experience with multi-step organic synthesis and route optimization.
  • Deep knowledge of stereochemistry, enantiomeric synthesis, reaction mechanisms, synthetic methodologies, and analytical techniques.
  • Hands-on experience documenting work in GMP-compliant laboratory environments.
  • Experience working closely with analytical scientists, including interpreting characterization data, coordinating method support, and partnering on project timelines.
  • Hands-on experience with HPLC, GC-MS, and LC-MS; experience with chiral chromatography and NMR is a plus.
  • Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)
  • Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)
