In this role, you will own the worldwide partner GTM strategy that extracts and reimagines the business logic locked inside mainframe, mid-range, and adjacent legacy cores — and, together with our partner ecosystem of Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) and Nimble SIs partners, rebuilds it as cloud-native, AI-ready architecture that unlocks Amazon Bedrock and AgentCore at enterprise scale. You will build partner-enabled sales plays that engage CFO, COO, and Line-of-Business buyers around the outcomes that matter in their industry rather than platform migrations. As the "first in" team in emerging segments like agentic AI in regulated industries, core banking decomposition, and claims modernization, you will build new markets, shape the AWS Transform product roadmap from the field, and turn a partner ecosystem into a force multiplier for customer outcomes.
Key job responsibilities
Own the worldwide partner GTM strategy for AWS Transform and Agentic Enterprise Modernization — defining the partner commercial model, co-sell plays, and cross-functional operating rhythm across Sales, Partners, SA, ProServe, and Marketing.
Recruit, activate, and co-sell with GSIs, Nimble SIs, and ISV-to-Delivery partners — building joint value propositions and driving partner-sourced pipeline across multiple industries.
Position modernization as a business outcome — engaging CFO, COO, and Line-of-Business buyers around what matters in their industry (claims cycle time, fraud response, settlement speed, case resolution) and connecting legacy core extraction to Bedrock and AgentCore adoption.
Lead the "first in" motion into emerging segments — core banking decomposition, claims and policy modernization, benefits and case management, citizen/member services, and agentic AI in regulated industries — while negotiating the partner business agreements that scale revenue.
Own revenue, pipeline, and referenceable-outcome targets — delivering data-driven monthly business reviews and translating field signals back to shape the AWS Transform roadmap and partner investment strategy.
A day in the life
No two days look the same — you're building a market that doesn't yet exist. You might spend the morning shaping a co-sell play with a Global Systems Integrator, then reframe a CFO's "mainframe migration" into a business-outcome conversation about claims cycle time or settlement speed. You'll orchestrate across Sales, SA, ProServe, and Partners to match the right partner stack to each opportunity, negotiate a partner agreement, and feed field signals back to the AWS Transform roadmap. You'll close the day reviewing pipeline health and partner contribution — and deciding where to place the next bet.
