The OpportunityAs a Product Management Manager in Commercial Technology & Innovation, you will lead the development and management of innovative software products that meet the evolving needs of our clients. Within our Advisory practice, you will be at the forefront of product innovation, combining technical expertise with creative thinking to deliver impactful solutions. You will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from definition and planning through to commercialization and go-to-market strategies, confirming that our products align with market demands and drive business growth.
As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating and inspiring your team to deliver quality outcomes. You will be responsible for coaching and leveraging team members' unique strengths to meet client expectations. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. Responsibilities
- Leading product management initiatives from definition through production, release, and end of life
- Developing and managing product roadmaps to align with business objectives and market demands
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product ideation and strategic planning
- Analyzing system components to identify interactions and optimize product performance
- Taking ownership of projects, including planning, budgeting, execution, and completion
- Guiding teams in operationalizing product strategies and specifications
- Mentoring team members to enhance their skills and encourage growth beyond comfort zones
- Addressing conflicts and engaging in difficult conversations with stakeholders
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including adherence to the firm's code of conduct
- Utilizing analytical thinking to refine product vision and strategy for commercial success
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
