This role is integral to supporting the organization's mission of providing job training, employment placement services, and other community-based programs for individuals facing barriers to employment. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and supervise the production team, ensuring all team members are aligned with organizational goals and objectives. - Monitor production processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for all team members. - Collaborate with other departments to coordinate production schedules and meet deadlines. - Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to foster professional growth and development. - Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain continuous production. - Analyze production data and prepare reports for management review. - Address and resolve any operational issues in a timely manner to minimize disruptions. - Support the organization's charitable mission by promoting a culture of inclusivity and community service.
