The Project Coordinator provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the project. Responsible for supporting Team Members and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. The administrative job scope includes communicating via phone and email ensuring that all duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
Essential Functions:
• Work with Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers and other Administrative staff to prepare files for new projects
• Create project-specific documents and assist with in-house copy/printing requests.
• Log and track project contracts, change orders and other documents pertaining to projects and distribute bid documents to trade partners.
• Update estimating log in CMiC
• Maintain project archives and handle requests for retrieval of files when needed

Job Requirements:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that will be utilized to hold discussions with various members of Clune and clients
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate and detailed records.
• Understanding of team roles and responsibilities, internally and externally
• Proven ability to maintain schedule and meet deadlines.

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor Degree preferred
• Knowledge of construction industry preferred
