Position OverviewĀ 

The PDSĀ ExecutionĀ LeadĀ serves as the strategic leader and owner of project delivery excellence within Project & Development Services (PDS)Ā on the program. This role combines strategic business leadership with operational oversight, driving consistent high-quality project execution while developing talent and growing the business. TheĀ ExecutionĀ Lead is accountable for the performance, profitability, and growth of theĀ portfolio, ensuring alignment withĀ OnePDSĀ objectives and client expectations across all service lines.Ā 

Job Summary/GoalsĀ 

This role reports to the ManagingĀ ProgramĀ Director and serves as the primary strategic driver of PDS delivery excellence across the region. The PDS Regional LeadĀ is responsible forĀ developing and executing regional strategy, managingĀ regional financialĀ performance,Ā buildingĀ and leading high-performing teams, and ensuring seamless client service delivery across a diverse portfolio of projects. This position requires a leader who can balance strategic vision with operational execution, inspire teams to deliver exceptional results, and drive year-over-yearĀ regional strategyĀ and client satisfaction.Ā 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Business GrowthĀ 

  • Develop and execute comprehensiveĀ executionĀ strategy aligned with PDS businessĀ objectivesĀ andĀ OnePDSĀ goals (Inspire People, Thrill Clients, Grow Business)Ā 

  • Serve as strategic advisor to clients, providing thought leadership on project delivery optimization, cost efficiency, and process innovationĀ 

  • Drive consistent application of PDS 5-Phase Process, methodologies, and governance frameworks across all regional projectsĀ 

  • PartnerĀ across Regional Leads and other servicesĀ to ensure integrated delivery excellenceĀ 

Operational Excellence & Performance ManagementĀ 

  • Ensure adherence to established KPIs and reporting requirements across all service linesĀ 

  • Work with the established COE to continuously assess andĀ optimizeĀ delivery processes toĀ eliminateĀ waste and drive efficiencyĀ 

  • Work with the established COE to analyze regional performance data toĀ identifyĀ trends, risks, and improvement opportunitiesĀ 

  • Foster accountability for adherence to project controls, budget management, and schedule performance across all teamsĀ 

  • Ensure construction readiness, quality assurance, and successful project closeout across the regional portfolioĀ 

Team Leadership & Talent DevelopmentĀ 

  • Build, develop, andĀ retainĀ a high-performing team ofĀ Region Leads,Ā Project Managers, Development Managers, Construction Managers, and support staffĀ 

  • Attract top talent and support organizational goals of creating diverse teams at every levelĀ 

  • IdentifyĀ career growth plans for each team member and create development strategies to achieve those plansĀ 

  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to direct reports and broader team membersĀ 

  • Drive a culture of accountability, measuring team efficiency and delivering value through ongoing data collection and metric reportingĀ 

  • Manage out low performance through strategic resourcing,Ā timelyĀ feedback, and decisive action when necessaryĀ 

  • Support educational and training opportunities that enable professional growth for team membersĀ 

Client Relationship & Service DeliveryĀ 

  • Serve as senior point of contact for key client relationshipsĀ 

  • MaintainĀ high levelsĀ of transparency and trust through proactive communication and value-driven reportingĀ 

  • Navigate difficult conversations and manage fiduciary responsibilities for both JLL and clientsĀ 

  • Ensure seamless execution of account expectations by coordinating cross-functional teams and service providersĀ 

  • Drive integration and communication amongst all service lines to create successful project executionĀ 

  • Position JLL as the provider of choice by delivering exceptional results that create mutual benefit for JLL, clients, and customersĀ 

ExperienceĀ 

  • Required: 10+ years of direct experience in real estate/retail/QSRĀ project management, construction management, or development managementĀ 

  • Required: 5+ years of proven leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary teams acrossĀ largeĀ geographicĀ area (preferred continental US)Ā 

  • Required:Ā DemonstratedĀ success managing P&L and achieving business growth targetsĀ 

  • Required: Extensive experience with corporate real estate/retail/QSR, commercial construction, or development projectsĀ 

  • Required: Strong working knowledge of project controls, financial reporting, budgeting, scheduling, and capital planningĀ 

  • Preferred: Experience leading teams within a third-party service provider modelĀ 

  • Preferred: Background in both new construction and renovation/reinvestment projectsĀ 

  • Preferred: Experience with contract management, procurement, and vendor relationship managementĀ

  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage complex relationships with clients, internal teams, contractors, and third-party partnersĀ 

  • Technical Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of architectural drawings, construction methods, and building systemsĀ 

  • Technology Proficiency: AdvancedĀ proficiencyĀ in project management tools (Smartsheet, MS Project, PlanGrid, TRIRIGA, or similar platforms)Ā

EducationĀ RequirementsĀ 

  • Minimum of aĀ Bachelor's DegreeĀ from an accredited institution, preferably in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or Business. Advanced degrees appreciated.Ā

Estimated compensation for this position:

180,000.00 – 220,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
