Your Role:

The Quality Control Chemist at the Dallas, TX site will be a key contributor with versatile skills at a fast-paced lab to support production of CMP slurries used for silicon wafer processing.  Job duties include:

  • Perform experiments by various chemical and analytical techniques, including but not limited to the following:
    • Gas Chromatography (GC)
    • High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC)
    • Autotitrators
    • Ion Chromatography
    • Nanoscale particle size analyzer
    • Fourier Transform Near Infrared
  • Proficiency in operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting GC, HPLC and IC systems.
  • Extensive skills on multi-step sample preparations, data validation as well as draft SOP.

 

Who You Are 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry and other scientific disciplines
  • 3 + years of lab work experience

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong hands-on experimental skills with advanced analytical instruments and a solid analytical mindset.
  • Strong knowledge of IC and GC principles, instrument troubleshooting and data analysis.
  • Proficient in method development, troubleshooting hardware issues and experienced for complex sample preparation.
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks, collaborate effectively in a team environment, and complete individual projects with high attention to detail and self-initiative.

Pay Range for this position: $31.00 - $52.00.

The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors. Position may be eligible for sales or performance-based bonuses. Benefits offered by the Company include health insurance, paid time off (PTO), retirement contributions, and other perquisites.
