WORK HOURS: Full Time Days

Radiology Breast Center Department highlights:

HERE'S WHAT YOU NEED

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required

• Other Graduate of an accredited school of radiologic technology required OR

• Associate degree preferred

• Two Years experience in a hospital Radiology preferred

• ARRT - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Radiography Upon Hire Req And

• ARRT - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Mammography Upon Hire Pref Or

• ARRT - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Mammography 12 Months Req And

• CMRT - Certified Medical Radiologic Technologist Either by the TDH or TMB Upon Hire Req And

• BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Req

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Perform, screening and diagnostic mammography as well and Bone Density

• Produce quality images in mammography as defined by the American College of Radiology guidelines.

• Mammography: visual inspections, compression checks

• Document patient mammography history and family history in RIS system for Radiologist Interpretation and Risk Scoring.
