Growing receivership firm looking for a Regional based in Dallas or Houston with travel to St. Louis, MO; Louisville, KY and Oklahoma.

5800 units with growth over next 36 months.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Partner with the proposed receiver to evaluate potential issues at distressed properties, including discreet site visits to document deferred maintenance and life鈥憇afety concerns.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Collaborate with the court鈥慳ppointed receiver to assume operational control of the property and associated bank accounts; verify insurance coverage (GL/Property/Umbrella) and engage third鈥憄arty property management services.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Oversee a portfolio of distressed multifamily assets during receivership, focusing on resolving deferred maintenance and life鈥憇afety issues, stabilizing operations, and enhancing asset value in preparation for sale.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Prepare comprehensive lender reports following property takeover, including vacant unit condition assessments, unit鈥憈urn pricing, exterior property condition evaluations, and summaries of key operational challenges such as tenant delinquency, bad debt, and outstanding payables.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Work closely with third鈥憄arty property management teams to improve occupancy, tenant retention, rental income, and overall operational efficiency.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Identify, scope, and prioritize capital improvement projects to protect asset value and enhance resident satisfaction.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Conduct regular site inspections to evaluate property conditions, verify compliance, and assess third鈥憄arty management performance.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Serve as a primary point of contact for the lender and lender鈥檚 counsel, providing ongoing updates, guidance, and documentation related to property status.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Develop and execute exit strategies for each asset, typically involving repositioning the property for a successful sale.

Education, Experience, and Skills:

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Bachelor鈥檚 degree in finance, real estate, business administration, or a related discipline.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate investment, asset management, or property management.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Prior experience in asset management or a comparable role within the multifamily or commercial real estate sector.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Strong understanding of multifamily operations, market dynamics, leasing practices, and value鈥慳dd strategies.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Broad knowledge of commercial real estate trends, lease structures, property management principles, and applicable legal considerations.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Proficiency in analyzing financial and operational data, identifying trends, and making data鈥慸riven recommendations.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Demonstrated ability to lead, coordinate, and motivate third鈥憄arty property management teams toward performance objectives.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Familiarity with receivership processes, court requirements, and regulatory frameworks.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with lenders, investors, legal counsel, property managers, tenants, and internal stakeholders.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Adobe Acrobat.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 General working knowledge of property management software platforms such as Yardi.
