Hours: Monday - Friday; 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
We have an opening for an Assistant Residential Manager (RN) for our Neuro Transitional Rehab Center. Work with a dynamic team and make a difference in the lives of those we serve. Responsibilities
The Assistant Residential Manager works in conjunction with the Rehab Residential Manager to ensure that patients in the Neuro Transitional Center receive the highest quality care. This position assists the Manager with operational duties, both administrative and clinical. This position also provides direct patient care and medical management coordination in accordance with the facility's policies, procedures and treatment model.
Primary Job Duties:
- Quality measure audits
- Assists with emergency response and drills
- Patient and family training
- On call rotation requirement for after hours and weekends
- CNA Training and supervision in nurse delegation
- Patient clinical management and care coordination
- Rounding with physician and assisting with order management
- Schedule Management
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Valid local state RN License required
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association required
- Valid local state Driver's License in good standing required.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- CRRN preffered
- Knowledge of staffing patterns/ratios preferred.
- Three years or more years of RN experience preferred
- Two years of supervisory experience in assisted living or rehabilitation environment preferred; experience with brain injury population preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to delegate and problem solve effectively required.
