Work hours: Full Time- 40 Hours; Days Monday-Friday 0630-1500

Here鈥檚 What You Need
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Associate degree Nursing required or Nursing Diploma
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 BSN (Preferred)
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 1 Year Experience as a registered nurse or completion of an RN residency program (Required)
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 1 Year OR specialty experience based on specific service line needs (Preferred)聽
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 CNOR Certification (Preferred)
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Active membership in the Association of Perioperative Registered Nurses (AORN) (Preferred)
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience in clinical education, staff development, or a related teaching background
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 In-depth understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in Level I/II Trauma Center environment
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 RN - Registered Nurse Upon Hire (Required upon hire)
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support (Required upon hire)

What You Will Do
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 OR Circulating - Collaborates with other team members (including anesthesiologist, surgeon, surgical technologist, etc) to ensure the safety of patients during the operation.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Serves as clinical liaison to staff, surgeons and vendors. Promotes engagement through open lines of communication. Organizes face-to-face meetings as needed. Communicates products and services. Completes special projects and events as needed.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Actively participates in training, orientation and mentoring of staff members while facilitating education on service line clinical, administrative, legal and financial requirements.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Maintains par levels of special equipment and supply orders items specific to service line.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ensures that accurate and timely charges incorporated into service line surgeon preference cards.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Works with clinical manager to coordinate capital and non-capital budget needs for service line.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Attends and participates in clinical facilitator meetings.
