Roofers/Laborers/Foremen

Description

We are currently hiring Commercial Roofers, Laborers, and Foremen to join our growing team. This position involves installing, repairing, and maintaining commercial roofing systems while working alongside experienced crews. Employees will work under the direction of foremen and superintendents to complete roofing projects safely, efficiently, and according to company standards.

Requirements

• Install new and existing commercial roofing systems including PVC, TPO, EPDM, and Single-Ply systems
   
• Perform roof tear-offs and inspect underlying deck structures
   
• Prepare roof decks for installation of specified roofing systems
   
• Follow job specifications, company policies, and safety procedures
   
• Use basic hand and power tools to complete roofing tasks
   
• Assist foremen with daily jobsite responsibilities
   
• Help train and mentor new laborers and helpers when needed
   
• Read and understand blueprints and project specifications when required
   
• Identify and avoid structural obstructions during installation
   
• Monitor laborers and helpers during assigned tasks
   
• Review and calculate materials needed to complete projects
   
• Work with the foreman to ensure vendors and subcontractors stay on schedule
   
• Ensure all safety policies are followed, and proper PPE is worn at all times
   

Requirements

• 2+ years of commercial roofing experience preferred
   
• Ability to work in all weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold
   
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods
   
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
   
• Attend required safety meetings and trainings
   
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
   
• Ability to follow instructions and ask questions when needed
   
• Strong attention to quality and detail
   
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
   
• Strong work ethic and reliability
