You’ll own the entire sales cycle, build relationships with safety-conscious organizations, and show them how our solutions can save time, reduce risk, and ultimately save lives. Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Full-Cycle Sales Management:Â Own the entire sales process from initial contact to contract execution.
- Pipeline Development:Â Prospect and qualify leads through outbound efforts and inbound interest.
- Consultative Selling: Understand customer needs, pain points, and goals to position Safety Plus’s solutions effectively.
- Demonstrations & Presentations: Conduct engaging product demos tailored to the prospect’s needs.
- Negotiation & Closing:Â Manage contract negotiations and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- CRM Management:Â Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions, opportunities, and forecasts in Salesforce.
- Market Insights:Â Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and evolving customer needs.
- Team Collaboration:Â Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

QualificationsÂ
- Experience: 2–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or a tech-enabled service industry.
- Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas through consultative selling techniques.
- Tech Savvy:Â Proficient in using CRM systems like Salesforce and other sales tools.
- Communication:Â Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Self-Starter:Â Highly motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
