Real Geeks is looking for motivated, competitive, and coachable Sales Development Representatives who have 1–2 years of phone-based cold calling experience in a fast-paced, transactional sales environment.
This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls, quickly building rapport, asking strong qualifying questions, and identifying prospects who are ready to speak with an Account Executive. You know how to handle objections, keep conversations moving, and determine whether a lead is a good fit without overcomplicating the process.
As an SDR, your primary responsibility will be to qualify prospects, uncover business needs, and schedule high-quality opportunities for our Sales Account Executives. This is a great next step for someone coming from a one-call-close or highly transactional phone sales environment who wants to break into SaaS sales and develop a long-term career in technology sales.
You’ll receive hands-on coaching, structured training, and ongoing development to sharpen your sales skills, strengthen your understanding of the real estate technology space, and grow within a high-performing team culture.
Our office is in Dallas, Texas, with remote and hybrid opportunities available.

Responsibilities
- Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation efforts for account executives through cold calling and other efforts
- Provide phenomenal customer service throughout all interactions with prospective customers
- Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM
- Actively listen and identify the prospect’s needs
- Consistently achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities
Qualifications
- At least 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
- Ability to learn and translate our product's value proposition
- Quick thinker with a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude
- Desire to advance their sales career
