The beautiful and iconic Hilton Anatole is looking for a Senior Outlet Sales Manager to join our team!
This is an exciting opportunity to showcase and sell some of our hotel’s unique and dynamic outlet spaces to hotel guests and groups. The Senior Outlet Sales Manager will play a key role in driving revenue and creating memorable experiences by collaborating across our diverse portfolio of outlets, including SER Steakhouse,
Jade Waters, Rathskeller, Topgolf, Saloon/Ski Lodge, and upcoming next year Gossip.
Rotating Monthly Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. & Tuesday - Saturday 8am-5pm, with flexibility to accommodate groups as needed
Hourly: This is an hourly, non-exempt manager position that includes a quarterly incentive plan equal to 2% of Food & Beverage (F&B) and rental revenue booked and actualized during the quarter.
