  • Design and coordinate monitoring, controls, communications, security, low-voltage, or operational technology systems
  • Translate owner and operational requirements into scalable, supportable system solutions
  • Lead multidisciplinary design reviews, interface workshops, failure-mode reviews, and technical decisions
  • Evaluate vendor solutions, submittals, network diagrams, sequences, and integration approaches
  • Support prototyping, factory testing, field validation, commissioning, and operational handover
  • Resolve complex issues involving controls, networks, software, hardware, and facility systems
  • Mentor engineers and improve reusable design standards, documentation, and quality practices
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline
  • 7+ years of systems design, controls, operational technology, network, or critical-infrastructure experience

  • Experience with BMS, EPMS, DCIM, SCADA, industrial controls, networked systems, or comparable platforms
  • Ability to read and develop control diagrams, network diagrams, one-lines, sequences, and technical specifications
  • Professional Engineer license, systems certification, or manufacturer credentials preferred where relevant
  • Strong technical leadership, documentation, troubleshooting, and stakeholder-management skills
