Recognized for more than a century as the iconic address for Dallas hospitality, The Adolphus offers timeless culture, vibrant and storied surroundings, imaginative and collaborative food and drink, and immersive experiences. In it's reimagining, the 407 room downtown hotel recalls a grand European home.

We are in search of passionate personalities to become the face of The Adolphus hotel’s iconic Rodeo Bar. This joint first opened in 1981 and served Dallasites and visitors for nearly four decades. We are now re-opening the Rodeo bar with a new menu, new vibe and back room for private gatherings while honoring the heart and soul of the original concept : “Texas grit and authenticity."

This individual's expertise goes beyond understanding of the menu; it dives much deeper into a passion for food, the local culture, and human connection. They can solve problems diplomatically and are able to create a welcoming, warm environment that leaves guests with not only a great meal, but a new inspired outlook on their surroundings.

Requested Tasks:

Deliver and serve guests prepared meals and culinary offerings; keep water glasses filled and tables clean
Assist in setting up for events and banquets, as needed
Guest-first mentality
Assist with post-event services including breakdown and cleaning

Requested Capabilities:

Ability to create meaningful relationships with guests
Good organizational skills
Ability to carry food and drink trays
Approachable, friendly and professional
