Required Skills and Experience:
- Configure and extend Siebel CRM components including Business Components, Applets, Web Templates, Views, Screens, User Properties, and business logic using Siebel Tools/Web tools.
- Develop robust server- and client-side logic using eScript and JavaScript/Open UI to implement business rules and enhance user experience.
- Design, build, and maintain integrations using Siebel EAI, including Web Services (SOAP/REST), Integration Objects, Data Maps, Workflows, and Work policies.
- Support migration processes and participate in release and deployment cycles across environments.
- Develop and optimize Oracle SQL and PL/SQL scripts for data handling, performance tuning, and systems integration.
- Analyze and troubleshoot integration issues using SOAP UI, Postman, and Siebel EAI logs; ensure successful end-to-end processing.
- Design and maintain XML/XSLT transformations, schemas, and service contracts for integrations and data exchange.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical designs and deliver scalable solutions.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Provide production support including incident diagnosis, root-cause analysis, workflow monitoring, and implementation of permanent fixes.
- Ability to perform other duties and responsibilities, as necessary.
- Preferred: Hands-on experience with Siebel Loyalty and  eLoyalty modules.
Requirements
Qualifications:- Siebel Configuration, EAI (Web Services, IOs, Workflows)
- eScript, JavaScript, Open UI
- Oracle SQL & PL/SQL
- XML/XSLT, REST/SOAP services
- Tools: SOAP UI, Postman
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience with Siebel CSW, CTI, or REST API integrations
- Exposure to CI/CD, DevOps, or monitoring tools
- Requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, or related field.
