Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Lynx is seeking a Status Coordinator to provide timely and accurate status updates, manage critical deadlines, and support operational workflows that ensure exceptional service for our clients.
 Location: Dallas, TxÂ
Schedule: Monday – Friday (8 am - 5 pm)
About the Role
The Status Coordinator is responsible for providing accurate and clear status updates, managing critical action and court dates, and assisting with a variety of operational needs, including intake, training, and daily workflow support. This role plays a critical function in updating, editing, and clarifying status information from servers and communicating that information to clients in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
Status Management & Updates
- Update, edit, and clarify status updates from servers, ensuring all information is accurate and current.
- Review and process status information while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Deadline & Case Tracking
- Monitor and track important action dates, court dates, and unreviewed comments to ensure deadlines are met.
- Identify and escalate urgent items as needed.
Client Communication
- Provide clients with clear, concise, and professional status updates.
- Recommend additional services when appropriate and follow up on pending jobs.
Operational Support
- Assist with intake, training, and onboarding activities.
- Support various teams with day-to-day operational needs and workflow management.
- Troubleshoot issues and help maintain efficiency across multiple processes.
Qualifications
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Experience
- Customer service experience required.
- Experience in legal support, process serving, records retrieval, or a related industry is a plus.
Skills & Abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based systems.
