We are seeking a Territory Manager to join our team at Huntington Billboards in the Dallas, Texas area!


Huntington Billboard Co. is the fastest growing media company in the U.S. with billboard assets across 18 states. As an independently owned company, we build over 1,500 new billboard faces each year. This rapid expansion drives our need for exceptional talent to join our dynamic team. 

As a Territory Manager at Huntington Billboards, you’ll generate advertising revenue and meet sales targets through the creation and renewal of sales contracts and new business development. This is a high-impact role with strong income potential for a self-motivated, results-driven individual who thrives on winning new business! This position requires 75%+ travel within assigned territory, with a focus on proactive prospecting, building meaningful client relationships, and closing deals.  


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Drive for revenue goal attainment on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis for territory budgetary goals. 
  • Prospect and develop new customer relationships, persuasively communicating strategies to meet customer needs. 
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by facilitating all aspects of the customer’s account in collaboration with creative teams, operations, marketing, and finance staff. 
  • Determine project pricing based on guidelines from management. 
  • Negotiate fees or services with clients with management approval.
  • Oversee projects from start to finish and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Deliver proof of performance (POP) to clients.
  • Drive clients around the market to show outdoor media sites.
  • Communicate and coordinate with Inventory Management and other internal departments.
  • Other duties as assigned or requested.

What We Need From You: 

  • 3-5 years of progressive sales experience, preferably in the OOH or media industry
  • 4 year / Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
  • Demonstrated track record of business - to - business sales experience strongly preferred
  • Media sales experience preferred; residency within the territory preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel (up to 75% of the time)

Physical Demands & Work Environment

This position combines work in a corporate or home office environment with regular field work. The role requires extended driving and frequent entry and exit from a vehicle while conducting sales calls and servicing existing accounts.

The physical demands of this position include occasional light lifting; frequent sitting, standing, walking, talking, turning, and seeing. Employees should be able to perform these essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.


Travel Requirements

Travel, including occasional overnight stays, is required for this position. Overnight travel is expected to be less than 25% of the time.
