About the Position

Star Sleep & Wellness is growing! We are looking for a Traveling Patient Administration Coordinator to support the team with on-site coverage for front desk roles within our offices in DFW. As a Patient Administration Coordinator, you are the first impression for our patients. We prioritize a friendly demeanor and excellent customer service to ensure every patient has a positive first impression and experience. Medical experience isn't required; we prioritize excellent customer service, attention to detail, and a passion for learning new technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and check in patients, ensuring all required documentation is collected.
  • Prepare patient charts and collaborate closely with the clinical team.
  • Assist the Advocacy cost team by verifying insurance for oral appliance shipments.
  • Manage deliveries, maintain spreadsheet tracking, and oversee case movement across DFW locations.
  • Execute time-sensitive administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Strong communicationand interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes and technologies.
  • Commitment tomaintainingprofessionalism and confidentiality.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required.
  • Reliable transportation and the flexibility to travel between DFW sites based on operational needs.
