We are looking for a traveling Periodontal Coordinator who will play a vital role in our practice by combining clinical expertise for our offices. The Periodontal Coordinator will be responsible for managing the administrative of our periodontal department. This position does require traveling, Monday and Fridays at our Mansfield location and Tuesday and Thursday at our Dallas location. This role also requires a candidate with a strong background in periodontal procedures, excellent organizational skills, and a marketing mindset to help promote our services and enhance patient engagement.



    • Serve as the primary point of contact for patients seeking periodontal care, providing information about procedures, treatment options, and financial arrangements.
    • Schedule appointments, manage patient records, and ensure a smooth patient flow within the periodontal department.
    • Able to travel to our Dallas and Mansfield locations.
    • Follow up with patients post-treatment to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns

    •  Qualifications:
      • Previous experience in a dental or periodontal practice, with a strong understanding of periodontal procedures and patient care.
      • Some background in marketing.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient engagement and relationship building.
      • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
      • Proficiency in dental software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
      • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
