Summary of Role/Position 

Coordinate with the Maintenance Manager/Supervisor for scheduling of regular cleaning and light maintenance of the warehouse, equipment and common areas. 

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO  

  • Coordinate with the Facilities Supervisor, Operations Manager and Director of Operations on maintenance work and special projects. 
  • Manage equipment repairs and maintenance. 
  • Execute equipment audits and record-taking policies 
  • Maintain adequate parts inventory and order items as necessary 
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols 
  • Fire Extinguisher Maintenance - annually 
  • Compressor Maintenance - weekly, monthly and quarterly 
  • Assists in battery maintenance - Keep batteries charged and watered 
  • To ensure the cleanliness of the work area at the end of the shift. 
  • To perform other work-related tasks that may be assigned to him.
