Summary of Role/PositionÂ
Coordinate with the Maintenance Manager/Supervisor for scheduling of regular cleaning and light maintenance of the warehouse, equipment and common areas.Â

WHAT YOU’LL DO Â
- Coordinate with the Facilities Supervisor, Operations Manager and Director of Operations on maintenance work and special projects. 
- Manage equipment repairs and maintenance. 
- Execute equipment audits and record-taking policies 
- Maintain adequate parts inventory and order items as necessary 
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols 
- Fire Extinguisher Maintenance - annually 
- Compressor Maintenance - weekly, monthly and quarterly 
- Assists in battery maintenance - Keep batteries charged and watered 
- To ensure the cleanliness of the work area at the end of the shift. 
- To perform other work-related tasks that may be assigned to him.
